TON × BM Lease — A Corporate Offsite, Done Right

The brief

BM Lease wanted a two-day offsite that did not eat a third day in transit, and that mixed a genuine working session with something their team would not organise for themselves.

What TON did

Day one paired a facilitated planning workshop with a dune-driving and sandboarding block. Day two moved to the lake for a slower morning, a team challenge scored across mixed departments, and a closing circle.

Mixing departments across every challenge was deliberate: the goal was cross-team familiarity, not competition between existing silos.

The outcome

Full attendance, near-unanimous positive feedback, and a format the client has since repeated. Fayoum has become our default recommendation for teams of 30–80 who want maximum change of scene per travel hour.
